Can I divorce my husband and NOT get child support or alimony?

Don't be stupid! Honestly! Your child needs support and he is the father of this child. If you don't want the alimony spend it on the kid. It only hurts you when your child support money or alimony is used to finance his vacations, his new cars and his homes, his affairs, while you are working a job (in which you are paid less than a man would be paid for the same job), trying to make up for this expense. What are you trying to prove? No judge will remove his parental rights. Eventually, your kid will move in with dad because he looks like the hero when he can buy her the things you would have been able to buy had you not stupidly said, "I don't need the child support or alimony." Use your head!
