My DBT instructor will not let me quit? What do I do?

because of financial dificulties and such i am not able to attend my dbt sessions on top of the fact that i alreadt have been in there for an entire cycle which is a year and paid all of out of pocket, i dont feel that i need to go through the cycle again as i have everything i need to get out of it. on top of that i am unable to pay and i have told my instructor numerous times, he skirts the issue and instructs me to join an inexpensive insurance policy, i however do NOT want to be in these clases anymre but am doing so out of obligation that i somehow stupidly feel towards him since that is his paycheck and i signed up for classes. anyway, he's pretty addiment about me being in it. i do not want to any longr how ever i dont kniw what to do. i know that if i miss 3 sessions in a row i am out but i dont want to have to come to that. how do i part ways amicably?
