I've said this to many people, but jump-roping really helps! Each day set a standard, and step it up for every day after. For instance: First day- 10 Minutes of jumprope, 10 pushups etc. Second day- 15 minutes of jumprope 15 pushups etc. Third day- (you get the picture!) And so on... or maybe do 20 of each for a week, then 30 the next, then 40 and start doing it twice a day and... just come up with a plan for yourself!
