Are my weightloss goals unrealistic?
I am 6'5 305 pounds. I lost 60 pounds since march. I did it wthout trying actually. I just worked out a lot with my football team. Didn't run or eat healthy at all. Is it unrealistic to try to lost another 60 pounds before december? I will eat 2000 calories a day. Run/walk for at least an hour everyday. Jump rope for at least an hour maybe 2 or 3. Plus i will follow my weight lifting plan. Is that gonna be too much? Or is that possible? I know i sound out of shape but i have been playing football all my life so i am VERY strong and i am actually more fit than a lot of people who are at a normal weight. I just have a strong base so i can run fast and do more pushups then a lot of the people on my team.
