As a Trustee of a property can I sell it for a small fee such as �1 to my mother?

Only a solicitor can give you advice in this matter. If you do the wrong thing without legal advice you may end up on the wrong end of a law suit. In any event to dispose of the property legally a conveyancing solicitor would have to be engaged. So take advice first.
