Do disruption, misrepresentation, obfuscation, and bad behavior have any place in...?

Picketers are usually outside a business. The towns are doing business and those that are not there to debate, listen or discuss should "picket" outside. The law should be there like a bailiff and usher them outside. It is ok for them oppose something but it should be done outside just like those campaigning. Campaigners can not be within so many feet of a polling place during election day.
