Was the rise of nazism in the 1930's caused by germany being blamed for ww1 ?

Germany went into ww1 on a decision made by the kaiser due to loyalty to his family in austria. This decision was made without the say of the german people or government. Most of germany did not want to go to war. Germany then wanted to draw a truce, but the british empire said no and the Rothschilds arranged for america to join. At the end of ww1 and the setting up of the league of nations(the precursor to the united nations). Germany was made out to be evil and the cause of the war, even though austria moved first and they had tried to end amicably. Obviously at the end of the war someone had to pay back the loans lent out at huge interest by the Rothschild bank-the favourite sponsor of wars. The people who payed this back were the poor german people, who also had large parts of their land stolen and divided up.
